Refund Policy

Each payment buys one month of access. Once a month has started, its payment is generally not refundable, and cancelling stops future payments rather than refunding the current one. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

• You were charged more than once for the same period, or charged an amount you did not agree to.
• You were charged after your cancellation had taken effect.
• We could not give your Google account access to the sheet within 3 business days of a payment, and you told us.
• We discontinue the service — we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
• Where UAE consumer protection law gives you a right to a refund.

Email [email protected] from your billing email within 30 days of the charge. Tell us the date and amount of the charge and the reason. Do not send card numbers — we do not need them.

We will reply to confirm whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are made through Stripe to the card or payment method you paid with. We aim to issue them within 5 business days of approval. Your bank usually takes a further 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your bank.
