FURSA UAE ("FURSA", "we", "us") is a service provided by Prime Technology, Office 303, Baynunah Tower, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Registered entity: [TO CONFIRM: registered legal entity name and trade licence number].

• Your Google account email — the address you ask us to share the sheet with.
• Billing details collected by Stripe at checkout: your name, billing email, billing country or address and payment method. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store them.
• Subscription records: plan, status, billing dates, invoices and the version of our terms you accepted.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request logs, to keep the site secure and working.
• Only if you allow it: analytics and advertising cookies, described under Cookies below.

• To give your Google account access to the sheet, and to remove it when your subscription ends.
• To take payments, issue receipts and manage renewals and cancellations.
• To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To protect the service against fraud and abuse.
• With your consent, to measure how visitors use the site and whether our ads lead to subscriptions.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data: to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in running a secure service, or with your consent where consent is required.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run FURSA UAE, and only as far as they need it:

• Stripe — payment processing, receipts and the billing portal.
• Google — the sheet is hosted in Google Sheets, so Google processes the email address it is shared with. We set up sharing so that subscribers cannot see each other's email addresses.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Google and Meta — advertising measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards permitted under UAE data protection law.

The FURSA UAE dataset is about vacancies and employers, not about individuals. It contains company names, official websites and careers pages, job advertisement details and links, and — only where they are publicly published for professional use and we are permitted to include them — business contact channels such as a recruitment or general enquiries address.

We do not collect or publish employees' personal email addresses or personal phone numbers. If you believe the dataset contains your personal data, or an employer wants its information corrected or removed, email [email protected] and we will review and act on the request.

When your subscription ends, we remove your Google account from the sheet. Billing and subscription records are kept for as long as UAE tax and commercial record-keeping laws require, and then deleted. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it (unless we must keep it by law), restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email us from the address linked to your subscription so we can verify the request. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and keeps checkout working; it is always on. Analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel — are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, no analytics or advertising scripts run on this site.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the site footer.

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment provider. Access to subscriber data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

FURSA UAE is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use subscribers' data, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
