FURSA UAE is a subscription-based hiring intelligence platform providing access to organized, regularly verified UAE job vacancy and employer information, delivered through automatically updated spreadsheets. A subscription gives one Google account view-only access to a private Google Sheet containing UAE job vacancies, information about the companies hiring (including official websites and careers pages), original job advertisement links and, where permitted, publicly published professional contact channels.

The AED 50 monthly fee is a charge for access to this dataset. It is not a recruitment fee, a job-application fee or a charge for any employment service.

We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or an employment agency. We do not recruit employees, submit job applications, arrange interviews, act as an intermediary between employers and candidates, represent you to employers or negotiate terms, and we do not charge placement fees or employment commissions. We do not guarantee a job, an interview, an offer or a visa.

Third-party vacancy information is included only where the relevant permissions allow it to be provided to subscribers. Coverage therefore depends on the sources and employers we are permitted to include and may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old, have a Google account, and give us accurate information. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.

The subscription costs AED 50 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.

The sheet is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• share your access, or the sheet's contents, with anyone else;
• copy, export, resell, republish or redistribute the sheet or any substantial part of it;
• use automated tools to scrape the sheet or this website;
• use contact channels in the sheet for unsolicited marketing, bulk messaging or any purpose other than your own professional enquiries.

If you breach these rules we may suspend or end your access. If we end your subscription for a breach, no refund is due for the current period.

We take reasonable care to confirm that each opening is genuine and current before it appears in the sheet, and we remove openings we can no longer confirm. Employers control their own vacancies, however, and can change or close them at any time without telling us.

Always confirm the details directly with the employer before you apply or make decisions. Be cautious of anyone who asks you for money in exchange for a job offer. We are not responsible for the content of employers' websites or for employers' hiring decisions or conduct.

We aim to update the sheet every day, but updates can be delayed by maintenance, by problems with our sources, or by events outside our control. If we cannot provide access to the sheet for a period you have paid for, the Refund Policy applies.

The service relies on Google Sheets, on Stripe for payments, and on links to employers' websites. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC; FURSA UAE is not affiliated with Google.

The selection, arrangement and presentation of the information in the sheet, and the content and design of this website, belong to us or our licensors. Employers' names and trademarks belong to their owners.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from an employer's decisions or from information supplied by an employer. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can cancel at any time as described in the Subscription Policy. If we decide to discontinue FURSA UAE, we will tell subscribers by email in advance and refund any unused part of a period already paid for.

We may update these terms. We will tell subscribers by email about material changes before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction. This does not affect your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
